PM Shehbaz launches digital system for licensing of medical devices
Expresses confidence that Pakistan has talent to bring revolution in medical field


Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif formally launched the Digital System for Licensing and Registration of Medical Devices, under which the registration process will be completed online within 20 days.
Addressing the launching ceremony in Islamabad on Monday, he said now decisions will be made swiftly and transparently. He said earlier, this process consumed many years and now it will be completed in the shortest possible time.
The Prime Minister expressed the confidence that Pakistan has the talent to bring a revolution in the medical field.
Earlier, speaking on the occasion, Minister for National Health Services Syed Mustafa Kamal said the digital system offers an online application facility without any human intervention. He the license will be delivered online within twenty days.
