‘Saiyara’ breaks records – A new love story film hits big

In key markets such as the United Arab Emirates, North America, the United Kingdom, and Australia, ‘Saiyara’ not only surpassed Warner Bros.’ ‘Superman’, but also secured the second-highest per-theatre average—only behind Disney’s ‘Fantastic Four’. In the UAE, ‘Saiyara’ even outperformed ‘Fantastic Four’ in total ticket sales.

The astounding success of these debut stars sends a clear message: it's neither Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, nor Aamir Khan—a new era has arrived in Bollywood led by new talents.

Globally, the film earned an impressive $10.8 million within just 12 days. In its second week alone, earnings rose sharply to $4 million—a 100% increase over first-week revenue.

In India, ‘Saiyara’ has so far grossed ₹270.75 crore (approximately $32.5 million).
