‘Electricity connections will remain suspended for the entire village until the dues are cleared’

(Web Desk): Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) has cut off electricity to an entire village due to power theft and non-payment of bills.
According to FESCO officials, residents of 431 GB, Faisalabad were stealing electricity by using illegal direct connections (kundas).
Authorities stated that over 100 cases of electricity theft have been registered against the village, and residents owe outstanding bills amounting to Rs10 million (1 crore). As a result, FESCO disconnected the village's power supply from the main supply line.
