Price of 24-karat gold per tola falls by Rs1,000, reaching Rs357,100

Karachi: Gold prices declined in both international and local markets.
In the international bullion market, the price of gold per ounce dropped by $10, bringing it down to $3,344. As a result, the downward trend in gold prices continued in local markets on Friday.
In the local market, the price of 24-karat gold per tola fell by Rs1,000, reaching Rs357,100, while the price of 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs858, settling at Rs306,155.
In contrast to the drop in gold prices, silver prices remained unchanged, with per tola silver holding steady at Rs4,072, and 10 grams of silver at Rs3,491.
