Over 110,000 Hajj applications have been received in the past 12 days

Islamabad: The Ministry of Religious Affairs has extended the deadline for receiving Hajj applications.
According to the spokesperson of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, the deadline has been extended by one day. Now, designated banks will continue to accept Hajj applications on Monday, August 18 as well.
The spokesperson stated that over 110,000 Hajj applications have been received in the past 12 days.
There are still 7,000 seats available under the government Hajj scheme, and the one-day extension is being offered on a "first come, first served" basis.
The spokesperson added that once all the seats are filled, the submission of Hajj applications will be stopped.
