(Web Desk): A landslide on the Murree-Islamabad Expressway has affected half of the road due to large rocks falling from the mountain.
According to the Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Murree, the falling rocks have impacted one side of the expressway.
The DC further stated that there is a risk of additional landslides affecting other parts of the expressway; therefore, the damaged section has been closed to all types of traffic as a precaution.
He added that the Murree-Islamabad Expressway will be reopened for traffic soon.
