Furqan Ahmed was inspecting flood-hit areas near Head Balloki on the Ravi River when he suffered a fatal heart attack

(Web Desk): Assistant Commissioner of Pattoki, Furqan Ahmed, passed away after suffering a heart attack while visiting flood-affected areas.
According to a statement issued by Punjab’s Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), Furqan Ahmed was inspecting flood-hit areas near Head Balloki on the Ravi River when he suffered a fatal heart attack.
A PDMA Punjab spokesperson confirmed that Furqan Ahmed’s body has been shifted to the hospital.
It is worth noting that all three major rivers in Punjab are currently experiencing severe flooding. So far, 33 people have lost their lives, and over 2 million have been affected by various flood-related incidents.
