Meta finally launches Instagram app for iPad
It will be necessary for iPad to be running iOS 15.1 or later

Meta has finally launched the Instagram app for iPad tablets.
If you have any model of Apple-made tablet, you can now use Instagram in it.
Meta announced this in a blog post.
The blog post said that people have been asking for this for a long time, but it took us time to improve the Instagram experience on the big screen.
The Instagram app for Apple's iPhones has been available since October 2010, and the iPad app has been in demand since then.
Surprisingly, the Instagram app was introduced years ago for Android, Web, and Windows Mobile, but it was not updated for the iPad.
The Instagram app for the iPad will have almost all the features, while you will also be able to access the Instagram inbox.
However, it has a new tab called Following. It will have three tabs, one for All, Friends, and Latest.
It remains to be seen whether this new tab is added to the Instagram app for other devices.
According to Meta, iPad users can download the Instagram app from the App Store. However, it will be necessary for the tablet to be running iPad OS 15.1 or later.
