Lorraine Eganbaugh and Namali Perera will be on-field umpires in Pakistan-Bangladesh match on Oct 2


Dubai: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the names of the officials for the league matches of the Women's Cricket World Cup.
Australia's Claire Polosak and Eloise Sheridan will be the on-field umpires in the first match of the World Cup, which will be played between India and Sri Lanka in Guwahati.
Lorraine Eganbaugh and Namali Perera will be the on-field umpires in the Pakistan-Bangladesh match on October 2.
For the first time, all-female match officials have been appointed in the ICC Women's World Cup. The ICC has already announced the names of the match officials. Four match referees and 14 umpires will officiate in the Women's Cricket World Cup.
The Women's Cricket World Cup will be played in India and Sri Lanka from September 30.
