Defence Minister Khawaja Asif and Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb are scheduled to arrive in the US today

Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s schedule for attending the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) session has been changed. Instead of departing today, he will now leave for the United States tomorrow.
According to the revised plan, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will depart for the US from the United Kingdom tomorrow (Monday) afternoon.
Meanwhile, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has already left from London for the United States.
Defence Minister Khawaja Asif and Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb are scheduled to arrive in the US today.
It is worth noting that the Prime Minister’s visit to the US is being considered significant in the context of the UN General Assembly session. During his visit, he is also expected to meet US President Donald Trump, along with six other heads of Islamic countries who will also be meeting the American president.
