Court rejects bail of YouTuber Ducky Bhai in gambling promotion case
The order noted that the petitioner never denied promoting gambling

Lahore: The court has issued a written order rejecting the bail plea of YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, popularly known as Ducky Bhai, in the gambling promotion case.
Judicial Magistrate Naeem Wattoo of the District Courts issued the three-page verdict.
According to the order, the FIA stated that the petitioner was promoting a large-scale gambling application. The petitioner has a massive fan following among the youth, and any mistake by such a social media influencer can lead to significant societal harm.
The order noted that the petitioner never denied promoting gambling. An amount of $326,420 was received by the petitioner as payment for promoting gambling.
According to the court, the petitioner’s lawyer failed to prove that this amount was not received from the gambling company, nor could they provide any alternative source for the funds. The lawyer argued that the case was false and baseless.
Furthermore, the verdict stated that, according to the petitioner’s counsel, no notice was served to the petitioner during the inquiry, and no evidence was presented showing that anyone suffered a loss due to the promotion.
