‘Our goal is to discover new cricket stars from among the youth’

(Web Desk): The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has launched a major Talent Hunt Program for schools across the country.
According to details, PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi officially inaugurated the Schools Talent Hunt Program 2025–26.
The inauguration ceremony was held at Crescent Model Higher Secondary School, where the PCB Chairman also unveiled the tournament trophy.
Chairman Mohsin Naqvi was introduced to the players of Crescent Model Higher Secondary School and Crescent Grammar School. He also distributed PCB kit bags to the participating teams.
On the occasion, the PCB Chairman stated that the Talent Hunt Program is being launched simultaneously in all provinces of the country, with a total of 391 schools participating.
He further shared that the program includes 175 government schools and 218 private schools.
“Our goal is to discover new cricket stars from among the youth,” he said. “We hope that this tournament will bring forward talented players who will go on to represent Pakistan and make the country proud.”
