Islamabad: The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has approved the 6 GHz band for Wi-Fi 7.
Pakistan has become one of the first countries in the Asia Pacific to adopt Wi-Fi 7 technology, with Wi-Fi 7 being approved in line with the existing Wi-Fi E6 standard.
Wi-Fi 7 will provide the fastest data rates, low latency, and excellent, reliable performance. Wi-Fi 7 technology will enable 8K streaming, AR, VR, and industrial automation.
