The decision has been taken to protect the Murree Master Plan

(Web Desk): All types of construction and road-building activities have been banned in Murree, the “Queen of the Hills.”
According to a notification issued by the Deputy Commissioner, the ban will remain in effect for three months.
Similarly, stone crushing and drilling in Murree have also been prohibited for the same period, along with a ban on mining and the transportation of building materials.
The notification further states that no new factories, shops, markets, or commercial establishments will be allowed during this time.
The decision has been taken to protect the Murree Master Plan and to improve the environment and public welfare of the region.
