Abhishek Bachchan first time wins Best Actor Filmfare Award in 25-year career

Mumbai: Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan won the Filmfare Award for Best Actor for the first time in his 25-year career.
According to Indian media, the 70th Filmfare Awards ceremony was held on Sunday, in which Abhishek Bachchan won the Best Actor award.
Abhishek Bachchan was given this award for his outstanding performance in the 2024 film “I Want To Talk”.
Abhishek has won the Filmfare Award for Best Actor for the first time in his 25-year film career. He looked emotional on this occasion.
Coming on stage, the actor thanked his family, especially his wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, daughter and parents.
After winning the award, Abhishek said in his speech that this year marks 25 years of his film journey and he doesn't remember how many times he prepared a speech to win this award. This has always been his dream. ‘I am very happy and grateful that I received this award in front of my family. This moment is very special for me’.

Abhishek also thanked all his colleagues, directors and producers in the film industry, who believed in him and gave him opportunities.
He said that the journey in these 25 years has not been easy, but it has definitely been a proud one.
According to Indian media, at the end of his speech, Abhishek gave an emotional message to his wife and daughter, saying, "Thank you to Aishwarya and Aaradhya, who have always supported me and given me the freedom to fulfill my dreams."
It is pertinent to note that Abhishek Bachchan made his Bollywood debut in the year 2000 with the film 'Refugee'.
