Rawalpindi: Pakistan defeated Sri Lanka by six wickets to win the final of the tri-nation series.
Pakistan comfortably chased down the target of 115 runs for the loss of four wickets.
For Pakistan, Sahibzada Farhan scored 23, Saim Ayub 36, captain Salman Agha 14, and Fakhar Zaman 4 runs. Babar Azam remained unbeaten on 37.
From Sri Lanka, Pavan Rathnayake took two wickets, while Hasaranga and Eshan Malinga claimed one wicket each.
Earlier, batting first in the final match, the Sri Lankan team was bowled out for 114 runs. Their last eight wickets fell for just 16 runs.
For Sri Lanka, Mishra scored 59 runs off 47 balls, while for Pakistan, Shaheen Afridi and Mohammad Nawaz took three wickets each.
Earlier in the day, Pakistan won the toss and chose to field first — a decision that proved correct, as Pakistani bowlers restricted Sri Lanka to a low total.
