Per tola price reaches Rs486,162 after a gain of Rs4,300

Karachi: Gold prices in Pakistan continued its upward momentum and hit a record-high for the third consecutive day. In the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs486,162 after a gain of Rs4,300 during the day on Wednesday.
Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs416,805 after it increased by Rs3,687, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
On Tuesday, gold price per tola reached Rs481,862 after a gain of Rs900 during the day.
The international rate of gold was up by $43 to reach $4,638 per ounce (with a premium of $20).
