Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif inaugurated the Pakistan Asaan Khidmat Center to facilitate residents of the federal capital, Islamabad.
Addressing the inauguration ceremony, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that this center is a remarkable initiative to provide convenience to the public, and the staff’s courtesy, respect, and high standards of service will ensure a positive experience for citizens.
While speaking at the ceremony, he thanked the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, for his cooperation in the establishment of this center. Recalling his visit to Baku, the Prime Minister said that he was deeply impressed by the services provided by the Government of Azerbaijan to its people.
The Prime Minister stated that the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and other relevant institutions will provide services at this center, which will significantly enhance public convenience. He praised the training of the staff members, noting that under the supervision of master trainers, this team has received training not only domestically but also at the international level. Their politeness and respect, he said, will play a vital role in serving the public.

He further added that Pakistani brothers, sisters, and youth who visit this center will not only benefit from its services but will also wholeheartedly appreciate the staff’s hard work and smiling faces.
The Prime Minister said that institutions such as NADRA, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, police, and other departments will operate at this center to provide services to the public. He also announced that the scope of the Pakistan Asaan Khidmat Center will be extended to Muzaffarabad and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Concluding his address, the Prime Minister expressed gratitude to everyone involved and congratulated the management from the bottom of his heart. He urged them to ensure that visitors are impressed by their excellent performance and courteous behavior so that more people can benefit from this facility. This, he said, will help the institution fully achieve the purpose for which it was established and justify the investment made. He added that their service, smiles, and alertness will be a source of reward for them not only in this world but also in the hereafter.
