Web Desk: Former prime minister Imran Khan, currently incarcerated at Adiala Jail, was allowed to speak to his sons, Qasim and Suleman, over the telephone.
According to sources, the call was facilitated on Saturday, though no further details have been disclosed. A federal minister has also confirmed that Imran Khan was permitted to speak with his sons.
The jail authorities have issued a statement saying the call was arranged in compliance with orders of the Supreme Court. Officials added that the PTI founder spoke to his children for more than 30 minutes.
It may be noted that Imran Khan’s sons, Qasim and Suleman, are based in London.
