According to the PCB, Fakhar Zaman was found guilty of a Level 3 breach of the Code of Conduct

Lahore: In the Pakistan Super League Season 11, Fakhar Zaman of Lahore Qalandars has been suspended for two matches by the Pakistan Cricket Board for ball tampering.
According to the Pakistan Cricket Board, Fakhar Zaman was found guilty of a Level 3 breach of the Code of Conduct.
The PCB stated that the two-match ban was imposed for violating the article related to ball tampering.
It is worth noting that the incident was reported during the match between Lahore Qalandars and Karachi Kings, after which match referee Roshan Mahanama announced the decision following a hearing.
What was the ball-tampering incident?
During the sixth match of HBL PSL 11, Lahore Qalandars were penalized 5 runs for altering the condition of the ball during Karachi Kings’ innings. In that match, Karachi Kings defeated Lahore Qalandars by 4 wickets.
