Rawalpindi: A paramilitary soldier was martyred while two others sustained injuries after a Frontier Corps (FC) vehicle was attacked by terrorists near Loralai district of Balochistan on Saturday.


According to Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR), the FC vehicle was attacked by terrorists following which a young embraced martyrdom. Three terrorists were also killed during the immediate operation of FC troops.
ISPR said that Naik Sharif was martyred in an exchange of fire with terrorists while Major Qasim and a soldier sustained injuries who were immediately shifted to CMH Quetta.
In June 2020, at least five FC men were martyred in a terrorist attack in the Sibi district of Balochistan.
The troops were deployed in the mountainous area— came under attack while patrolling.
