Kharji Ring leader Waheedullah was amongst the most wanted terrorists for his active involvement in numerous terrorist activities including Shahadat of security forces' personnel and innocent civilians

Rawalpindi: Two khwarij belonging to Indian sponsored Fitna Al Khawarij have been killed by security forces during an intelligence based operation in Bannu.
According to ISPR, these included Kharji Ring leader Waheedullah alias Muktiar along with a suicide bomber. A suicide jacket, weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the khwarij.
Kharji Ring leader Waheedullah was amongst the most wanted terrorists for his active involvement in numerous terrorist activities including Shahadat of security forces' personnel and innocent civilians.
He was also main handler of a suicide bomber in Bannu District on 21 February this year, resulting into Shahadat of Lieutenant Colonel Gul Faraz Shaheed.
The ISPR in its statement said that operation has indeed avenged the heinous act and has brought the main perpetrator to justice. Timely action of security forces also averted a major catastrophe.
Sanitization operation is being conducted to eliminate any other Indian sponsored Kharji in the area.
