Sheikhupura: One person was killed as three people fell into an open manhole here on Wednesday.

According to details, the incident occurred when three people while cleaning an open manhole in the area of Nizampura fell into it as a result of which one died while two others sustained injuries.
Citizens tried rescuing the three on their own till rescue service arrived.
The deceased have been identified as Fayyaz, while the two injured Riaz and Haroon are admitted in hospital in critical condition.
