CDF Munir highlights Pakistan’s efforts for peace

RAWALPINDI -- Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir interacted with a delegation of students from Harvard Business School, representing multiple countries, during their visit to Pakistan.

The interaction focused on the regional and global developments, Pakistan’s security outlook and efforts to promote peace, stability and prosperity in the region and beyond.

The Field Marshal highlighted the importance of education, skill development, entrepreneurship and applying fact based analytics amongst young people to contribute meaningfully in an increasingly volatile world, prone to social media and propaganda. 

The students from Harvard Business School highlighted their wonderful experiences during the ongoing visit, particularly appreciation of openness and warmth of the people of Pakistan as well as tremendous potential and opportunities that Pakistan possesses.
