Field Marshal Asim Munir underscores the longstanding fraternal relations between Pakistan and Bahrain, rooted in shared values and mutual respect


RAWALPINDI -- Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir has reiterated Pakistan's commitment to further strengthening bilateral cooperation with Bahrain, particularly in the defence and security domains.
He was talking to Bahraini Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif Bin Rashid Al Zayani, who called on him in Rawalpindi today.
The Field Marshal underscored the longstanding fraternal relations between Pakistan and Bahrain, rooted in shared values and mutual respect.
During the meeting, matters of mutual interest, the regional security situation and bilateral defence and security cooperation were discussed.
The visiting dignitary appreciated the professionalism and operational preparedness of the Pakistan Armed Forces.
