Covid-19: Pakistan reports less than 1,000 new cases for the first time in two months
Islamabad: Pakistan has reported 47 coronavirus deaths and 958 new positive cases in the last 24 hours.

According to National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), around 958 cases of coronavirus were reported while 47 people succumbed to the disease in one day, taking the total death toll to 12,333.
The total number of confirmed cases reached to 564,077.
As many as 525,997 patients have recovered from the disease with 1,702 critical cases.
Punjab
The number of patients swelled to 164,268 in the province. The province reported 5,051 causalities.
Sindh
The province has reported 253,762 cases, while the death toll has reached 4,219.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
The confirmed cases have surged to 69,990 in the province with 1,995 casualties.
Balochistan
There are 18,942 confirmed cases while 199 patients died from the infection so far.
AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan
There are 9,487 coronavirus cases in the AJK while the death toll has reached 281. On the other hand, there are 4,940 cases in GB with 102 deaths.
Islamabad
There are 42,688 cases in the capital city while 486 people have lost their lives.
