Islamabad: The Foreign Minister (FM) of Pakistan Shah Mehmood Qureshi received a call from his United Arab Emirates (UAE) counterpart Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Wednesday.

Pakistan's FM praised the arrangement of Dubai expo 2020 going to be held on October 21 and anticipated that the event would be a "resounding success".
The official statement of FM said that both ministers discussed bilateral ties and affirmed to deepen the cooperation in different sectors.
Both sides agreed to collaborate in proximity at multilateral forums.
Several regional issues and the Afghan predicament came under discussion.
Earlier this month, the Crown of Abu Dhabi and the Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan also had a telephonic talk and emphasized the peace and stability of the region.
