Three Mountain Climbers from the Czech Republic were stranded in Camp-III of 7,788 meters high Rakaposhi after submitting the pinnacle last week, they were rescued today and shifted to Gilgit.

An Army helicopter helped in the mission to transfer the stranded climbers to Gilgit at 9 am on Wednesday.
As per Deputy Commissioner (DC) Gilgit Baltistan Zulqarnain Haider, Czech Mountaineers were warmly welcomed by the local leaders and officials.
However, it has been unveiled that the Government didn't provide the permit to summit the peak, but they did it without permission.
The Gilgit Baltistan Government is considering taking legal actions against the climbers.
