Mardan: A Pakistan Air Force (PAF) pilot embraced martyrdom after trainer aircraft crashed near Mardan district on Wednesday during a routine flight, according to a statement issued by the PAF spokesperson.
A board of inquiry has been ordered by Air Headquarters to determine the cause of the accident.
Earlier in January, two PAF pilots were martyred as an FT-7 aircraft on a routine operational training mission crashed near Mianwali.
