Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan arrested by NCB in drugs case
Mumbai: Bollywood King Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan has arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) over a drug seizure on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast last night.


As per media reports, Aryan Khan is to be taken for a Medical test at JJ Hospital shortly. The 23-year-old is one of the eight people being questioned by the Narcotics Control Bureau following a raid at a party on a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai last night, the agency confirmed in a statement.
Post the medicals, the eight will be produced in court. The NCB sleuths, who raided Cordelia's cruise after it departed from Mumbai, seized drugs such as cocaine, hashish, and MD.
Reportedly, the ship was to depart on Saturday for Goa.
Sameer Wankhede received a tip-off, after which he and a team boarded the ship, posing as passengers, said sources.
When the ship left Mumbai shores and was at mid-sea, a party began where drugs were consumed, sources added.
In a statement, NCB said drugs like ecstasy, cocaine, mephedrone, and charas were recovered from the cruise and a case had been registered.
NCB also seized Aryan Khan’s phone and his handset is being scanned by the authorities to check for any indication of his involvement in the possession or consumption of drugs.
The narcotics bureau is investigating the chats received on the phones that have been seized from the drug bust.
The agency revealed that eight people, including two women, were apprehended and their role was being investigated.
Besides Aryan Khan, his close friend Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha, Nupur Sarika, Ismet Singh, Mohawk Jaswal, Vikrant Chhoker, and Gromit Chopra are also being questioned.
The NCB has also summoned six of the organizers who had planned the cruise party.
Aryan Khan is Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan's first child. The couple also has a daughter, Suhana Khan, and a son, Abram.
