Kim Kardashian files for divorce from Kanye West
Reality star Kim Kardashian has filed for divorce from husband Kanye West, ending months if speculation on the future if the marriage.

Representatives for Kardashian confirmed on Friday that the businesswoman, 40, has filed to end the seven year long marriage in Los Angeles's Superior Court.
US media has cited unnamed sources in claiming that Kardashian has asked for joint custody of their four children. The grounds for divorce were not disclosed as of filing.
Kim Kardashian married musician Kanye West, 43, in May 2014, becoming one of Hollywood's most powerful and talked about couple. The marriage seemed to be going strong till 2020, when West, who has bipolar disorder, ran for the seat of the President of the United States in a bizarre and doomed campaign.
In July, he tweeted that he had been trying to divorce Kim Kardashian since months. The tweet was quickly deleted, following a statement by Kardashian asking for public compassion for his mental health. Media speculation on the state of the marriage grew when West began spending time at his ranch in Wyoming while Kardashian remained with the children at her Los Angeles mansion.
American entertainment outlets have reported that both billionaire stars have already agreed to terms of property settlements while also adhering to their prenuptial agreement.
