Pakistan Army conducted on Tuesday piloted two successful intelligence-based operations (IBO) in the Mir Ali area of North Waziristan.

According to a statement by Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), security forces conducted an IBO on confirmation of the presence of terrorists in the Mir Ali area of North Waziristan.
During the exchange of fire, Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) commander Hassan Alias Sajna of Hafiz Gul Bahadur group was killed, said ISPR.
Hassan Alias Sajna was involved in the killing of four women worker yesterday in Mir Ali, added ISPR.
The killed terrorist remained involved in terrorist activities against security Forces and peaceful civilians including IED attacks, kidnapping for ransom, target killing, extortion and was involved in engaging extremists.
During the search operation, security forces recovered a huge reserve of weapons.
