Lahore: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has summoned Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice-President Maryam Nawaz on March 02.

According to a statement issued by spokesperson of accountability bureau, NAB has summoned the daughter of former premier on March 02 in a case related to the alleged illegal transfer of government land.
“Maryam Nawaz has been directed to appear before the three-member joint investigation team,” he added.
The anti-corruption watchdog is inquiring Maryam on whereabouts of money, tax and duty paid for the purchase of land.
Maryam is accused of receiving 200 acres of what was supposed to be government land in Raiwind.
A tract of land, stretching over 3,568 kanals, was bought by the Sharif family in 2013. Later, around 1,936 kanals, was transferred in the name of Nawaz and Shehbaz mother late Shamim Bibi.
The land that was transferred to Maryam from that tract was 1,440 kanals.
