All the five driving centers and 4 licensing centers of Lahore remained open for facilitating citizens to get license


Lahore: Considering the facility of getting driving license for the citizens, driving license centers remained open in Lahore on Sunday, the citizens will be able to avail this facility till December 31.
All the driving license centers of the city remained open on holiday as the citizens continued to make duplicate, renewable learner and licenses till 1pm. On Sunday, all the five driving centers and 4 licensing centers of Lahore remained open, including Iqbal Town Service Center, CTO Office, and Liberty Centers, while this special drive for issuing traffic licenses will continue till December 31.
IG Punjab Rao Sardar Ali Khan said that citizens should take advantage of this facility, the procedure of driving license is being made easier while staff is available at all the centers for the convenience of the people.
In the next phase, a special campaign will also be launched in major cities including Gujranwala, Multan, Faisalabad and Rawalpindi to issue driving licenses.
For the convenience of the citizens, the procedure of issuing driving license is being further simplified. A special campaign will also be launched to make the citizens aware of the traffic rules. Until December 31, the city's five driving centers and 4 licensing booths will be open every Sunday until 1pm.
