Jaleel was a close friend of Moulvi Faqir Muhammad and was involved in many terrorist activities.


Rawalpindi: Terrorist commander Ghafoor alias Jaleel was killed during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in the Bajaur district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Malakand Division on Saturday.
According to a statement of the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Jaleel was a close friend of Moulvi Faqir Muhammad and was involved in many terrorist activities.
The ISPR also said that one security official got injured during an exchange of fire.
Earlier, a terrorist was killed in operation of security forces in Mir Ali area of North Waziristan, the Inter-Services Public Relations said on late Monday.
The operation was executed on secret information that some terrorists were present in the area.
Security officials managed to kill one terrorist during raid and sezied a good quantity of weapons and explosives from the spot.
According to the ISPR, officials are continuing clerance operation in the area.
