Islamabad: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain Monday said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has been endeavoring to build Pakistan as envisioned by Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
He was addressing the media after inauguration of a photographic exhibition of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah in Islamabad on Monday.
The Minister said the message of the Quaid-e-Azam was very clear, and he had explained it in his important addresses to the constituent assembly, army personnel and bureaucrats.
He said the Quaid-e-Azam and Allama Iqbal wanted creation of a state where Muslims and minorities could lead their lives freely. He said the two iconic leaders had progressive thinking.
The Minister said the minorities in India are being persecuted.
