Karachi: Lahore Qalandars narrowly eked out victory against Karachi Kings in a thriller in the sixth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).

Chasing 187, Lahore reached the target with just four balls to spare, defying expectations and securing a six-wicket win over their arch-rivals in the 11th match of the series.
Fakhar Zaman scored a mighty 83 runs in the closely contested chase, supported by Ben Dunk's 57 and David Wiese's 29. Mohammad Hafeez added 15 runs while Sohail Akhtar and Joe Denly got out on ducks.
Mohammad Amir and Waqas Maqsood picked up a wicket each for defending champion Kings.
Earlier in the game, having been out into bat after the Lahore team won the toss, Sharjeel Khan's 64 powered the coastal team to 186, with Mohammad Nabi adding 57 and Daniel Christian chipping in with 27 runs. Babar Azam failed to score substantial runs, bowled off a brilliant ball by Shaheen Afridi after adding just 5 runs to the total. Waqas Maqsood scored 12 while Joe Clark added just 4.
