Pakistan, India placed together in group 2 in Super 12 round for ICC T20 World Cup 2022


Dubai: The International Cricket Council has announced the fixture for the upcoming ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, with 16 teams set to battle in the tournament. The T20 event is slated to begin on 16th October 2022 and will conclude on 13th November 2022.
A total of 16 teams will play the tournament, with 12 of them qualifying for the Super 12 stages. As of now, Australia, Afghanistan, England, and New Zealand are slotted together in Group 1, while Pakistan, India, South Africa and Bangladesh are slotted in Group 2.
The Super 12 stages will begin on 22nd October 2022, with Australia and New Zealand clashing in a blockbuster match. And, on 23rd October 2022, another mega clash is lined up, as Pakistan will lock horns with arch-rivals India.
