Karachi: Two players and one member of support staff of Pakistan Super League (PSL) have tested positive for coronavirus, said Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Media Director Sami-ul-Hassan Burney.

While addressing media on Tuesday, he said that a total of 244 coronavirus tests were conducted out of which three came positive.
“At 3:00 pm, organizing committee of PSL will conduct a virtual meeting to review the ongoing situation. Today’s match will be held as per schedule at 7:00 PST,” he said referring to the match between Islamabad United and Quetta Gladiators.
He further said that more tests will be conducted on Thursday.
Yesterday, the match between United and Quetta was postponed after United’s player Fawad Ahmed tested positive for Covid-19.
