PTI to challenge amendments to NAB laws in Supreme Court
"Rulers have given themselves second NRO"
Islamabad: Former foreign minister and senior PTI leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi on Sunday has announced to challenge amendments to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) laws in the Supreme Court.
While talking to the media, Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that the party will challenge amendments to the NAB laws in the Supreme Court, adding that hat the amendment would benefit the political leaders currently in power, including Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
PTI leader Qureshi lambasted the rulers and said that the amendments to the NAB law aim to save the skin of PPP and PML-N leaders and Nawaz Sharif will be the direct beneficiary of these amendments.
Qureshi urged the top court of the country to take notice of it.
He said the PTI would also challenge amendments on Electronic Voting Machines and the rights of the overseas Pakistanis to vote in Pakistani elections.
