‘No illegal action will be allowed by anyone’: Naqvi

Lahore: Caretaker Chief Minister of Punjab Moshin Raza Naqvi Sunday said that no illegal action will be allowed by anyone, rersponding to the police attack that took place at the residence of former Chief Minister of Punjab Chaudhry Pervez Elahi.

Mohsin Naqvi who is present in Medina and getting all the details about what is happening in Lahore turned to Twitter and said: “Appalled to know that team went to arrest Ch [Chaudhry] Pervaiz Elahi but stormed Ch [Chaudhry] Shaujaat’s House,” adding that in which Ch Salik Hussain got injured.

He said that law should take its course.

Caretaker Chief Minister shared the post of Chaudhry Salik Hussain in which he shared the video that shows three men standing inside the house and police contingent is present outside.

A woman can be heard asking the men present inside to open the door.

Chaudhry Salik captioned the video as Parvez Elahi's sister-in-law, who is my aunt, told the police that Parvez Elahi is inside out house, adding that “Break the door”.

He wrote that police did what they did but our own people did not do any less.
