PDM protest against SC shifts to D-Chowk
The container of PDM has also reached in front of Supreme Court of Pakistan.
Islamabad: The protest of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) under the leadership of Jamiat-e-Ulema Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chairman Maulana Fazl-ul-Rehman has been shifted to D-Chowk Islamabad instead of Supreme Court.
According to details, Fazl-ur-Rehamn, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) vice president Maryam Nawaz and other leaders will address the protesters.
On the other hand, hearing of election in Punjab on May 14 case has also been scheduled today in Supreme court. As per these important events, the security is on high alert in red zone area of Islamabad.
Islamabad police personnel, Rangers and Frontier Constabulary (FC) officials have been deployed to perform the duty as no irrelevant persons are allowed to enter the premises.
The protesters from different cities of Punjab have started reaching Islamabad and have crossed the gate of red zone. The container of PDM has also reached in front of Supreme Court of Pakistan.
