Islamabad: District and Sessions Court of Islamabad Tuesday declared the illegal marriage case against Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and his wife as admissible, GNN reported.
According to details, Judge Qudratullah of District and Sessions Court Islamabad announced the verdict reserved yesterday.
The court issued a notice to former prime minister and his wife Bushra Bibi for July 20.
Petitioner's maintained the position that at the time of her marriage to Chairman PTI, Bushra Bibi's Idda was not completed. Chairman PTI's marriage took place in Lahore, however both were living in Bani Gala and spent time thereafter their first nikkah.
