London: An electronic system has been introduced for people coming to United Kingdom (UK) illegally by sea.

According to details, asylum seekers will be electronically tagged to prevent absconding.

The British media told that those coming to UK on small boats will be stopped by the claim of political asylum, will be arrested and expelled from the country.

It is pertinent to note that this year many accidents took place to the boats of people traveling illegally through the sea in which many people lost their lives.

Earlier, on June 14, a boat sank off the coast of Greece, carrying about 750 migrants from Pakistan, Egypt, Syria and other countries.

In the boat sinking incident, 104 people were rescued out of which 12 belonged to Pakistan, while the number of Pakistanis on the boat was more than 300.

Earlier this month, the UK also began the process of transferring asylum seekers to ships at sea.

According to British Home Office, 50 of the first group of asylum seekers had already been transferred to the "Baby Stockholm" steamer in Portland, bringing the number of refugees to 500.

Dozens of human rights organizations have described Britain's plan as cruel and inhumane to the process of transferring migrants to ships.
