Standing Committee pressures PIA administrations to reinstate PIA workers' demands.

Lahore: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) employees' ongoing protest on the British routes, which could jeopardize flight resumptions for Britain.
The Standing committee has been briefed by the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the national airline, who expressed concerns about the potential fallout of the PIA employees' protest on the British routes.
The grip on food areas, office disruptions, and the threat of serious consequences have raised apprehensions.
The restoration of flights for Britain is now in peril.
During the briefing, the COO stated that British Aviation Experts are auditing PIA, and the three years of hard work could go in vain.
The fragile moment cannot withstand such protests by PIA employees, and some employees involved in the disruption have been served show-cause notices.
Senators from the People's Party, Sherry Rehman, and Raza Rabbani, emphasized that the PIA administration should consider the demands of the employees' union, recall the FIRs, and consider increasing the workers' salaries.
The COO responded that a 10% increase in salaries had been implemented last February.
