Bandit killed in alleged police encounter in Lahore

Lahore: One bandit was killed and another injured in an alleged police encounter in Nawab Town area of Lahore.

According to details, motorcycle and weapons stolen from the robbers were recovered from Nishtar Colony during post-encounter investigation.

When the suspected motorcyclists were stopped, they opened fire at the police.

In the exchange of fire, two robbers were caught injured while two managed to escape. One of the robbers succumbed to his injuries.
