Ranipur: The postmortem report of Fatima Farro, a domestic worker who tragically lost her life after being subjected to rape and torture in a mansion in Khyberpur, has been finalized.
Sources indicate that the report will be officially delivered to the police either later today or tomorrow.
Laboratory sources have disclosed that Fatima Farro's untimely demise was attributed to severe injuries sustained on her head and chest.
Despite the completion of the postmortem report, SSP Khairpur Samiullah Soomro has confirmed that the police have not yet received the official findings.
The horrific incident unfolded in Khairpur on August 16, when 10-year-old Fatima passed away under mysterious circumstances within the premises of Peer's Haveli.
In a significant development, on September 19, a medical board performed an autopsy following the exhumation of Fatima Farro's remains.
Additionally, the police apprehended a dispenser involved in Fatima's treatment, based on information provided by the primary suspect in the case.
