Judge Abul Hasnat consults Ministry of Law regarding cypher case
In the letter, it is requested to issue the notification of the total hearing and jail trial of the cypher case.
Islamabad: Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain of Special Secret Act Court has written a letter to the Ministry of Law and Justice regarding the summoning of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan to the judicial complex for hearing of the cypher case.
According to details, Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain has written in the letter that looking at the current situation, is there any security risk on summoning former Prime Minister Imran Khan to the Judicial Complex.
The judge has consulted the Ministry of Law about their opinion regarding the jail trial of the cypher case.
According to the text of the letter, the court intends to conduct the trial of the cypher case in Adiala Jail.
Judge Abul Hasnat said that considering the situation, a proper notification should be issued for the hearing of the cypher case.
