Appointment of state lawyers in cypher case challenged in IHC

Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan Tuesday challenged the appointment of government lawyers in the cypher case in the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
According to the details, a petition was filed in the IHC by PTI founder challenging the appointment of government lawyers in the cypher case.
In the petition filed by the former Prime Minister Imran Khan, it was requested that the January 26 order of the court in the cypher case should be annulled.
It was also appealed in the petition that the case proceedings after the appointment of government lawyers should also be annulled.
It is pertinent to note that the trial of the cypher case against PTI founder is going on in Adiala Jail.
