Case of attack on GHQ on May 9 was registered at the RA Bazar police station


Rawalpindi: The copies of the challan were provided to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan who was nominated in the vandalism case of May 9.
The hearing of the May 9 case registered against Imran Khan in RA Bazar police station was conducted by Judge Amjad Ali Shah of Rawalpindi Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Adiala Jail, during which Imran Khan and his lawyer appeared in the court.
During the hearing, Imran Khan's lawyer Mohammad Faisal Malik told the court that a total of 125 accused have been named in the case registered at RA Bazar police station.
Imran Khan's lawyer said that 102 accused including the PTI founder have been provided with challan copies, but 23 accused including Shah Mahmood Qureshi have not been provided with challan copies yet.
It is pertinent to note that a case of attack on GHQ on May 9 was registered at the RA Bazar police station.
